"Global Partnerships for Sustainable Development: Building a Better Tomorrow"

The school’s development continued through teacher training studies in the 1980s and early 1990s. In 2007, the institution evolved into the College of Vocational Studies for Teacher Education. That year, in line with the Bologna Declaration, the school accredited its first undergraduate program according to European standards. During the next accreditation process, in the 2012/2013 academic year, a specialist program at the second level of studies was also accredited.
The 21st century seems to have dawned as an era without respite. Constant news of disasters, wars, and natural catastrophes threatens to overshadow the joy and inspiration brought by knowledge and art, like an overwhelming noise. The events we witness serve as a wake-up call for everyone involved in education, whether directly or indirectly. The goal of this school is to take pride in the generations it educates, preparing young people for life by equipping them with knowledge, skills, common sense, and self-confidence. It operates with the conviction that the world cannot and must not depend on the folly, greed, and narrow aims of the ignorant but rather on the determination and courage of the educated and wise.

This school owes its legacy equally to its graduates, who have carried its name with pride, and to the professors and lecturers who have built its reputation from its inception to the present day.
